I write dark horror and apocalyptic fiction and have had more than twenty short stories published by 13Press (An imprint of Horrified Press) Undead Press, Static Movement and Wicked East Press. I am working on my first novel and putting together an anthology of my own short stories, both of which should be available through J Ellington Arthur Press.

Although born in Maine, New England I live in Northamptonshire, old England with my wife and four children and too many animals to count. My literal influences in the horror world are Laymon, Herbert, Poe and King to name a few.

Destiny: ‘The predetermined or inevitable path a person must follow.’

When nineteen year-old Lili McIntyre decides to trade her California summer for a mid-winter visit to Australia, it’s in hope of finding inspiration and direction in the country where her father was born.

But when she arrives in Melbourne, the first thing she finds is the last thing she’s looking for—a brooding man who makes her heart race every time she sees him.
Against her better judgement, Lili finds herself drawn into a relationship that tests her very beliefs about life, reality and fantasy.

Demonspawn:  Galaxii Series Book 2 by Christina Engela

Demonspawn: Galaxii Series Book 2 is the new release from author Christina Engela.

Kaine was the last of his crew that survived – or if any others were still alive, he was unaware of it. It didn’t seem likely. Somehow the thing had managed to kill every one of them within the space of only a few days. They all died horribly – mangled and mauled to death.
At first the deaths were taken as freak accidents, being at first sight unrelated and spaced far apart. Then, as suspicion was aroused, murder seemed the cause. Soon it became clear that it was no natural thing that was killing them.

Check it out: http://www.amazon.com/Demonspawn-Galaxii-Book-Christina-Engela-ebook/dp/B00WLP4DAK/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1431353565&sr=8-6&

They say in space no one can hear you scream. In Demonspawn: Galaxii Series Book 2, there are plenty of screams as a creature rips its way through the inhabitants of a spaceship. A crew member, Kaine, tries to take the creature down in one last desperate move.
Reminiscent of Alien, where a helpless crew face an alien terror, the story drew me in and I could feel that same claustrophobic feel I got when watching the movie.
I felt the characters were well developed and the story moved along at a good pace.
Sci-fi fans will love this book. It is available to buy now on Amazon.

The Wraith of Carter's Mill by C. Evenfall

The Wraith of Carter’s Mill continues the saga of the Carter women. In addition to the three original tales, Sensitives, The Guardians and The Forgotten, this compilation contains a fourth, shocking segment. Carter’s Mill answers questions about the origin of the Wraith and explains its bond to the Carter family. It reveals the shameful truth behind the curse that plagues them.

Zeb, the Carter family patriarch, is a hard, unfeeling man. He runs his thriving sawmill, farm and family with an iron fist. When he commits an enormous act of brutality, he ignorantly brings a terrible curse down upon all his kin. Martha Thompson's prophecy proves true as the family falls into ruin. The wraith haunts the family brutally.

Once affluent and strong, the Carter family falls into financial ruin while cryptic illnesses afflict the healthy. They are left with nothing but great loss and sorrow. The curse will plague the Carter women for five generations.

Almost a century after Zeb’s death, a Carter daughter is born with remarkable yet uncanny abilities. It will be up to her to unearth a long buried family secret and set an old wrong back to rights. Will she find a way to lift the curse and banish the accursed wraith that haunts her back to hell? If she does not, she risks losing her own little girl to the dark entity forever. If she cannot stop it, the curse will continue its demolition until the last of the Carter family line is gone.
